Albino Cinnamon Ball Python

Common name of mutation: Albino Cinnamon Ball Python

Scientific name: (Python Regius)

Details of genetics: Recessive x co-dominant mutation

Comments: The Albino Cinnamon is the result of breeding an Albino with a Cinnamon to produce Cinnamons het for Albino. Breeding these back to an Albino (or het Albino) produces the Albino Cinnamon. The real interesting part however is the next step, when an Albino Super Cinnamon is produced .. will it be a solid yellow Ball Python ? Either way, it will be a spectacular looking snake.

Sterling Pastel Ball Python

Common name of mutation: Sterling Pastel Ball Python

Scientific name: (Python Regius)

Details of genetics: Dominant x co-dominant mutation

Comments: The sterling pastel is a Super Pastel Cinnamon Ball python. These ARE produced by breeding a Pewter to a Pastel resulting in a much reduced patterned Sterling Pastel.

Yellow Belly Bumblebee

Common name of mutation: Yellow Belly BumbleBee

Scientific name: Python regius

Details of genetics: Dominant (Spider) x Double Co-dominant (Pastel & Yellow Belly) Mutation

Comments: The Yellow Belly Bumblebee is simply a better Bumblebee !!

The combination of the Yellow Belly (het Ivory) Trait deepens the yellow color of the already interesting looking bumblebee to produce a stunning, triple trait designer morph.

Red Stripe Ball python

Common name of mutation: Red Stripe Ball python

Scientific name: Python regius

Details of genetics: Codominant Mutation

Comments: The Red Stripe is a new Proven Codominant Ball Python mutation.

for years breeders have looked for a codominant striped ball
 python morph. many have been bred with little success. the red
 stripe is the first one to prove out as genetic. there is a nice 
 overall reddish color wash to this new mutation.

In the future, Ian is sure to mix and match these guys with as
 many color mutations as possible to create even wilder new
 designer morphs.

Spider Piebald Ball python

Common name of mutation: Spider Piebald Ball python

Scientific name: Python regius

Details of genetics: Designer Ball morph – recessive x dominant mutations

Comments: The Spider Piebald is an outstanding new designer morph.  

Produced for the first time this year by breeding a Spider to a Piebald Ball python to get Spiders, het for Pied. Breeding the Spider het Pieds back to any Ball python either homozygous or heterozygous for the Piebald mutation should produce a Spider Pied in the clutch.  

The interesting looking Spider Pied is another good example of the potential that both the Spider and Piebald mutations have to produce stunning Designer Morphs.
